Pessary and cerclage?

Hey ladies I've posted on here before about my ptl and incompetent cervix issues. I'm pregnant with twins at 23 weeks and got a cerclage at 19 weeks. My cervix is 2.1cm with funneling so my doc decided to add a pessary also. Any ladies going thru this? And what was the outcome for you.

I got a pessary placed in at 21 weeks because my cervix was .5. They are finally removing it next week at 37 weeks 5 days! They did not think my cervix would be able to hold up as long as it did and told me several times I would be going into preterm labor but on Saturday I will officially be considered term! I'm nervous for them to take it out though because I feel like I'll probably go right into labor then or soon after.
