18 weeks... With my first, this stuff normal?

I'm 18 weeks pregnant with our first baby, and my nipples hurt so bad, almost like a stinging, is this normal? They were sore in early pregnancy, but not like this? Also- every exclaimed in second trimester I would get my energy back and start feeling great, I have been MORE tired and achy than ever!

My nipples feel the same. They hurt sooooo bad. Like literally on fire. Ive been us yin palmers nipple butter and coconut oil. It helps. I know this sounds weird but it also feels kinda good when my husband sucks on them. It kind of hurts but feels good at the same time. Idk haha they hurt so bad I will do anything to get them to stop. And I'm also extremely tired. Zero energy. I'm 17 weeks 4 days with boys. And they are killing me haha

Lol this may sound dirty but the only relief I got before and after giving birth was when my fiancé would suck on them. Literally took the pain away but I loved the Nipple creams too, relieves some of the burning.
