Early labor?

35.4 and the past couple days I've been pretty uncomfortable and miserable. Haven't felt right. Have felt "off". I'm not dehydrated. I've been cramping and the cramps are going into my upper and inner thighs. My back has been hurting horribly since I've been awake. I got nauseous out of no where and then puked pretty violently. I have had consistent BM the past couple days which isn't normal either for me. My appetite has decreased too. Anyone else have similar?
