When you have a chemical/early loss . . .
Does your period typically start right away when you lose it? I'm getting a follow up blood test bc my hcg was super low on Wednesday. Problem is I won't get results until Monday. I have light brown spotting by no period and I'm wondering if I can be a little optimistic?
