Bleeding and pain!!

Okay so I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else......

May was my last real period, spotted a little in June and even less in July...... I been having every sign and symptom under the sun of being pregnant started to take a test and they all said NO...... Well August and September came around with no bleeding what so ever, then all of the sudden I started to bleed yesterday, very light, but NO signs of a period to indicate thats what it would be. Starting to bleed afted 4 months of nothing and 2 of them were NO blood at all is a little scary!! Now being say 10 to 12 hours later its a bit heavier but I'm in A LOT of pain...... I've NEVER in my life had pain like this for a preiod and the 30th of this month I'll be 30, not to mention I've been getting my period for about 20 years now. The only and I repeat ONLY time I ever had pain like this was the last 2 hours of pitotion however you spell it, when my water was broken for 24 hours!! IDK if I should just treat this like a regular period, and yeah that's what I get for not having one for 2 months or do you think something is actually wrong?? It's a pain in the ass to get an Ultrasound done bc no Dr has listened to me yet!! And once a Dr finds out I'm bleeding, I just know they are gonna be like well its your period and they won't take me seriously!! But I know my body and I know something is not right, I don't go to Drs unless I have something seriously wrong or when I was pregnant with my son almost 6 years ago!! Sorry so long!!!!!!!
