It isn't always as dark not everyone has the same amount of lh so go on ur darkest here's mine I ovulated on cd11

You haven't ovulated yet I don't think, after you ovulate your temperature shouldn't go lower than any previous temperature. Are you logging your information into glow? 
You can do OPKs 2-3 times a day as the surge can come at any time.

Your surge goes up and down all time so your opks might go lighter and darker and then light then dark again. They say to bd every other day but 3 times a week should be fine as sperm can live up to 5 days inside you. Good luck x
