Advice....

I need some advice ladies. I've been having period like cramps for over 12 hours now along with lower back pain. I've had diarrhea since 2 am and nausea. I get contractions every once in awhile but nothing to really count. I keep feeling like I'm leaking but my OB told me that was like a sweat since I'm at 4 cm since Saturday. (I was checked again on Monday) I'm at 50% effaced but he was still high on Monday. Does feel like he's in my pelvis as of this morning. This is my second pregnancy but I didn't go through any of this with my daughter so I really don't know what to think. They told me I should have him within the week but I'm not sure. I don't know if I should call my doctor or not. I know they're going to tell me to go get checked but I don't want to go and be sent home again. What should I do? Ill be 38 weeks Saturday.
