Progesterone

Hi Ladies,

I am new to Glow, but have been tracking on it for over a month now. I have been married since June 16th (newlywed) but have been with him for 3 years now. We have been ttc for a year and still, nothing. Well, about 3 months ago, my Doctor told me my progesterone was really low, but everything else was perfect and ready for baby. Fast forward to today. My peak was yesterday and today, per my ovulation test and Glow. I have been prescribed progesterone pills, but I feel I have been taking them too early. Apparently, if taken too early, it can cause O to not happen or delay. How long after should O should I wait to take it? I am so frustrated with this. 😥 Help!
