Approximately how soon after conception did can you start feeling fatigued? I'm usually energetic and have trouble sleeping but lately I have been feeling tired, and low energy. However, it has only been a week since my significant other and I had unprotected sex. Other symptoms I've noticed (that I don't have) are; feeling hot, gassy, cramps, side pain, feel itchy and a few days of mildly sore nipples.
