Bleeding

So I am only about 3 weeks pregnant(according to this app) and I have been spotting since this morning. I only found out I was pregnant yesterday. I went to the doctor and they gave me a blood test and it was positive but only 1-2 weeks and I am still bleeding. He says now it's just a waiting game to see if I am having a spontaneous abortion. I have to go back and get a blood test to see if the pregnacy is advancing. I am not gushing out blood but every time I pee there's blood. It doesn't come out on its own but if I wipe there's blood. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? If so, what was the outcome? Thank you!
