Bleeding after internal ultrasound

Hi girls, I am freaking out. I had a transvaginal ultrasound on Friday at 6 weeks because I have had 2 miscarriages this year already. Scan went well, they could only see the gestational sac but said that was normal at this stage. Now 2 days later I am having some very light bleeding when I wipe (mostly after BM) which varies from red/pink/brown. No pain or cramping. I took a pregnancy test this morning and my lines are as dark as ever
