Anyone else losing hair?!

I'm 10 weeks 4 days pregnant and today this is what fell out in the shower. I'm not talking about what collected in the drain. This fell out when I ran my fingers through my hair to get the rest of my conditioner out. I've had my thyroid checked earlier around 7 weeks and my results came back normal. I'm thinking I should maybe have my iron levels checked early?! I am SUPER exhausted. I have such thin hair as it is I'm afraid what will happen if this continues? With my last pregnancy I had thick amazing hair and shed hair ALOT after he was born. Never experienced this DURING pregnancy. 😢 help!
