NEED HELP! Horrible right side tightness.

Hello everyone, I'm 23w pregnant and I've been having horrible right side pain for the past 3 days it's really tight and hurts horribly. Today has been the worst and I can't take it.  What could it be? I've tried laying on the opposite side and it helped but it isn't helping at the moment. Should I go to the emergency room or wait till Monday and give my doctor a call? Has anyone expire ves this before? I'm a ftm and everyone says it's my baby at my ribs but I'm not sure.m because this hurts really bad!!! Somebody help me please!! 😫😫😫😰
