Early AF :(
This was my first month off the pill. AF was expected 10/14. I have been spotting for 4/5 days, dark brown and light.. . Well, late last night it became heavy enough to use a tampon, today too. I guess AF has arrived.
Is anyone else in the same boat?
I totally get that AF maybe unpredictable, but as far as predicting my fertile window -
