Lack of symptoms

Mary • Sun, Oct 11 • 37 yrs old and just gave birth to my rainbow baby 2/22/17 after having had 6 losses and I'm expecting again on 2/9/18

Im 4+5 today and the only symptoms i have are tender breasts and fatigue. This is my 10th pregnancy after 5 losses and the lack of symptoms has me worried. I mean shouldnt i be starving and peeing more often? With my last pregnancy(a loss in july) i had tons of symptoms and was peeing a lot😞
