"Honeymoon Baby"

I'm Really curious what an actual Honeymoon baby is!?! I thought it was when a couple conceived on their Honeymoon.. I think it's a beautiful term.. But the women that say thats what they are having were pregnant before they even got married yet alone went on their HM so how is that an actual honeymoon baby?? Am I the only one puzzled by this??
