Congested and miserable ?
You need to try a Neti Pot OMG it is so helpful !!!! I have been a miserable pregnant lady for an entire week because my allergies are just attacking me ! So my husband decided to make me do a Neti pot which I have been scared of since the day I heard of it I just thought they where really creepy.
Well it's really helping and I don't have to take meds thank god !
