I have a hot headed and (acts bipolar) boyfriend. We are fine one minute then on a break the next which lasts tops, two days until he comes to me and says he misses me too much. He gets angry at the slightest if things so quickly and lately I've been having problems with family and it's taking a toll on me physically and mentally which doesn't help my severe anxiety and paranoia. And him flipping out on me whenever I apprantly do something wrong isn't helping. Anyone got any suggestions into what I should do? 😢
