So is fine but not me

So and I had a sudden random cold last week but during my last period 10/2-10/5 I was super nausea before the cold and it was super weird. Hubby and I been ttc #1 for 8month now but not really sure about this cold as I'm still sick and my hubby got over his in a few short days thanks to Dayquil. Dayquil is not helping me not even nyquil. I just get worse 😕 what could this be
