Horrible back pain

I'm just shy of 9 weeks and the last two days I've had horrible back pain.  I had this when we found out I was pregnant too.  Haven't had it sense.  Is anyone else experiencing bad back pain?  I've had back issues in the past & im just hoping that's not going to play a major role during this pregnancy.  Any remedies are appreciate! I couldn't sleep last night with how much pain I was in.
