Well ever since my grandma and cousin passed away I cant really sleep. When I'm about to wake up theres like a idk face/demon whatever looking into my face and its so so so scary it looks at me and is gone again and looks at me and is gone again and it goes on for like hours and when I try to wake up I'm already like awake and I try to scream but I cant its so horrible. This night I had a dream like that again and now that I'm 28 weeks pregnant I get scared this isnt healty for me and my baby and my husband works a lot and comes home late so we dont really sleep often in the same bed anyways last night I had this dream again and my husband woke me up totally scared and he said I've been squeking with my eyes open its so...weird and scary. Anyways my husband told a friend of him to come over (that friend is a satanist like my husband) and that guy said it can be a sleep paralysis in which a demon/incubus or something. I have no idea what an incubus is and I've googled it but I just dont get it I dont wanna see a doctor now does anyone go through the same or something similar?
