3rd pregnancy

Hey everyone im been trying to concevie and today took a pregnancy test and it said postive i only did one .. With my 2 pregnancy i had implantation bleeding for like a second and then nothing this time no implantation bleeding is this normal? Im expierence lower minor cramping that comes and goes away i dont if lignament pain or not ?! Anyway the symptoms i have is tired and my nippes are sentive and my lower back hurts but nothing unbearable..i hope its not false postive test..
