Migraines w/ auras

Any pregnant ladies get migraines and auras? I am 28 and been diagnosed with migraines w/ auras since I was 17. For years I took imitrex but finally realized they usually made me feel worse before I felt better so I switched to excedrin migraine a few years ago and they were a God send. I know I can't take that stuff now because of the aspirin but luckily I really have my headaches under control now. Then I got an aura this evening and a migraine always follows about 30 min later. I tried SO hard to not take anything but the pain got so bad I caved and took 1 Tylenol and made a cup of coffee. It helped about 80% but now I'm just exhausted. I have an ultrasound tomorrow and will def ask the doctor what they suggest but just wanted some other feedback! 💜✨
