Normally you have implantation bleeding around 6-7 days after conception, not all women get it. I've never heard of clotting like that after conception. I would test in 4 days because chances are your body is already in stress mode even if you're trying to avoid. I do it to myself way to often

Looks like a blood clot. How long are your cycles? If you're that close to your period it could just be your uterine lining beginning the shedding process before full blown period starts.
