I'm worried... advice

So is it possible to have a miscarriage without the symptoms?! I just had my 10 week checkup and they couldn't find the heartbeat. They are using a fetal doppler. Should I be worried? They scheduled me in 2 weeks to try again. They said not to be worried that the baby is too small. Has this happened to anyone? I'm trying not to drive myself crazy over thinking it.
