CM? Smelling...

Question

So I've had white creamy CM for past 4 days ish. It lately has started to smell... I shower often so.. Should I make an app with doc? Or ? 
I feel embarrassed with my SO about it..

Try not to wash too frequently and don't use soap or any fragrances or anything down there! You can get over the counter medicine for yeast infections but if you're worried it wouldn't hurt to see your Dr.  It's very common and nothing to be embarrassed about it.

Could be BV. I would get them in my younger days I was so sensitive to cleansers with frangrence and didn't even know it. Switched to dove sensitive skin and eliminated bubble bathes etc. been A1 since. 👌🏽

Sometimes this happens depending on your diet, water intake, being active, just main lifestyle characteristics. If this is happening to you may want to increase your water intake (which your whole body will thank you for) eat more fruits and veggies and try to get a little active. It happens sometimes! Don't worry about it, it's just nature. Just listen to your body. Good luck!:)
