Five days early

To start I am under a lot of stress. AF came 5 days early but was super light. I use the cup so I'm not sure how light except that I usually have to rinse after 8 to 9 hours or less and this time I was good for over 24 hours ( I rinsed after that but probley would have been fine). It lasted three days. My breast have been really tender, and according to my fiance I am super moody he states its like I'm prego again. I have had some nausea, but mostly fine. I am very tired and have been having a abnormal obsession with cereal and milk. I took two test both negative. I am not sure what to do.
