Want to start exercise everyday.. Tips?

Im taking anti depressant, since I starded, I can loose like 15 pounds in almost 2 weeks.and after re taking all that weight plus other pounds, I started  Few times work out,good for the body&mind, but when Im taking like one pound after losing weight  I'm totally like it's done for nothing, I also try eat clean, but can't keep my motivation, I know look.like very lazy, but if there's others in my situation, give a sign plz???
