Second pregnancy seems much worse than the first?

Im 11 weeks 6 days right now with my 2nd. With my first pregnancy, I didn't feel anything at all. Seriously. One thing .. until I was well into my 2ND trimester, going into 3rd. I had horrible swelling around that time, but that's it. My breast didn't hurt. I didn't cramp much at all. This time around I started out with nausea, breast hurting off and on , back pain, and horrible round ligament pain . Oh and let's not forget the heartburn and the fact that my face is oily and my allergies are super bad, and I'm super tired all the time. I even noticed that I get these spider veins on my breast that when I scratch them hard enough, they start to look like red hickeys. I heard it could be due to more blood pumping so my skin is much more sensitive. I might have had it with my first pregnancy, if I had the itching on my breast, but I didn't. Sooo yeah ... This pregnancy definitely seems much more difficult. Anyone else feeling the same way?
