So I feel like he looks healthy and fine, and my dr said nothing but good things. But my sister pointed out that his stomach looks like it has like a lump on it? Is it normal or bad?

I would trust my doctor who knows how to read an ultrasound versus my sister or anyone who isn't trained to read them.

If your doctor didn't bring it up then I wouldn't worry. Among other things, a doctors job is to be on the lookout for red flags. Baby is still developing! It's going to look weird and alien like for a long time.

If your worried about it, I would definitely talk to your doctor about that. I've never seen that in an ultrasound before.
