What did your miscarriage leave you with?
Besides the back pain I suffered during the miscarriage that went away it seems like my lower back hurts more all the time! I did have back problems before it but it usually would be all over or if it was in one spot it would flip flop between one to another, but usually my lower back is almost constant now
I am seeing a chiropractor and I do lay on a ice pack to hep it sometimes
