Post AF spotting and cramping...
AF came on time Monday, 10.5 and lasted thru Friday, 10.9 - TMI on Friday night, I had a short, but heavy gush of bright red blood and then it seems to have stopped again - except that I have been spotting Saturday, Sunday and today w bad cramps yesterday and mild cramps already today... I have experienced a little post AF spotting in the past, but nothing like this....
Anyone experience this type of thing and is it normal?!
