Finally Preggo...

I graduated from grad school August 27, 2014and went on a delayed honeymoon right after. That's is when our journey to conceive began. We were very excited to try however our efforts were not making any babies. After a few months of trying with no results I began to think I was notable to kids, I know, so dramatic of me. I began going to get check ups with my doctor and found out that I wasn't ovulating. Of course that really made me think even more that I couldn't become pregnant. The doctor suggested I go on the pill for 3 months to try and reset my cycle and try again after the 3 months. I began taking the pill June 29, 2015 and stopped a short 6 weeks later because the side effects were way too discomforting for my daily activities. Immediately after I stopped the pill I got my period, August 26, 2015. It wasn't as heavy as they had been before and was a short 5 days. Shortly after I moved back home to California from Arizona on Sept 2, 2015. A whole month went by and I didn't have my period, but I didn't think much of it because my cycles had been anywhere from 27 to 48 days. Finally I had a dream that I was pregnant and so I attempted to test its validity by taking an at-home pregnancy test. Unfortunately I used the applicator incorrectly and was unable to get a valid result and just threw it away and didn't think much of it. That same night I had a dream again that I was pregnant but it was an even stronger dream. I woke up from the dream and told myself I just have to give it a try. I was able to use the test in the right way and saw two lines after my first test. Of course in disbelief I wanted a second trial and that too came out positive. I needed just a little more confirmation and went out and bought digital tests and those both came out positive. I am so blessed to be with child, after a year of trying I can definitely say the moment of finding out was well worth the wait.
