He should probably see a doctor. It isn't normal for the foreskin to be unmovable. That usually happens if he hasn't been pulling it back for a very long time (which he should do I the shower whenever he cleans it)

My husband is uncut and we use lube to help him out. The one he really likes is wet platinum. The only issue is that it is not really safe for sperm, but I rather not hurt him and have no chance. I did to give him head and work at his skin going down with my mouth and add the lub with my hands and then we're good to go.
