Paracetamol?

Question

Nearly 9 weeks. I have terrible earache. I can deal it with during the day, but can't sleep with it. is it bad to take two 200mg paracetamol before bed each night just until in goes away? Or even every other night?

Paracetamol is the painkiller I've been told it's ok to take rather than ibuprofen or aspirin. Basically don't take it unless you think you can't cope without but it should be fine. If you're in the UK you can check it out on the NHS website to put your mind at rest.

The safest thing to take is one to two REGULAR strength tylenols .. Id say one in the morning and one later at night . Be careful your baby is in a very sensitive stage right now and you should be as careful as possible . I reccomend calling and getting into your doctor as soon as possible if anything call up there and ask to speak with a nurse she will advise you with the  most safest thing..

Ask your midwife. I asked mine and she said paracetamol was safe as i had migraines xx
