NOT STD, NOT YEAST INFECTION

Okay so I have been having a really bad itch and yellowish discharge down there , I went and got tested for STD and everything came back good.. So the doctor said it could be a yeast infection.. She made me take 6 pills to clear it up I guess. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still itching down there ! So now I'm trying the monistat 7 and I'm on day five , STILL ITCHY! Idk what else is there to do.. It's not inside the vagina.. It itches around it and where my bikini line is ! Any clue to what this is ?
