Just found out I'm pregnant again!

I have a 2 year old and a 4 month old. Both boys! But just found out I'm pregnant again. Definitely a surprise and having a lot of mixed emotions. I am excited but at the same time thinking "wow, my babies will only be about 13 months apart in age"! Does anyone else have this? Was it difficult?
