No symptoms

Okay so I have been ttc baby #2 and so AF (period) hasn't shown up. It's been 3-4 days without it ... And I don't really have any symptoms besides very sore breast and nipples. I was having left sided dull achy like cramping that would only last a few second but it's has subsided and I haven't had any since ... Idk how did any of you ladies feel before finding out you were pregnant with baby #2 and what were your symtpoms?
