What are some questions to ask your dr before labor and delivery?

I'm 32 weeks and will see the Specialist at 34 weeks. I want to have some questions to ask about labor and delivery. I have seen a few different people in the office so I'm not sure who will deliver. So my list so far...
-Who will deliver?
-at what point will they recommend induction?
- if I think I'm in labor or my water breaks, should I call you or just come to the hospital? 
Anyone have any more good questions to ask?

Will anyone there know how to turn a baby?

Can I move around while in labor?

Do I have to have constant fetal monitoring and if so will that be internal or external?

Do you charge double for twins, (I thought this one was silly until I asked-yikes$$$$)

Whoever is on call when you're ready to push will be who delivers you and there is no way to know that. Generally, induction is around 41 weeks unless there is a medical reason to do so earlier and if you think you're in labor call the office if it's business hours. You can call later too and they'll connect you with the on call doc. If you think your water has broken call the office during business hours or go to the ED of the hospital you're delivering at.
