Initial OB appt..

What can I expect at this appointment? I have already had an ultrasound (around 6 weeks- because of previous miscarriage) where we saw baby and saw the heart beat.... I was just wondering if any of you think I'm going to get to hear the heart beat or not at this appointment.... I will be 10 1/2 weeks when I go... I just don't want my SO to miss hearing the heart beat for the first time.
