I need serious advice!

I went to the hospital and it turned out I had a cyst on my ovary popped. I am scared to be honest and in a lot if pain.....I am so confused in what to think....some people tell me that I have to be careful because it means I can become pregnant fast and some people look down on me and piety me because they say it will only make it harder for you to have a baby......I have felt so weak for the last couple of days that all I want to do is sleep....I feel so lost in a way and sad.....I could use any advice for the pain and what it means that I got this!
