Nipple Shield Cleanup
I use nipple shields to feed my LO. I wash them every morning in hot soapy water then after every feeding wipe out with a rag or run under hot water to rinse. Is this being clean enough or I am gross lol?? It's just so hard to wash in warm soapy water after every single use.
