How much?!?!

Okay so today is my heavy day and usually on my "heavy days" I don't bleed as heavily as others, but today it was like...Niagra Falls!!! And I was at school as well plus my school dress is white so I was so paranoid. Honestly, if we are suppose to bleed "a tablespoon" of blood every 28 days, I swear today was not the day. there was like 3 table spoons. I actually am sick of my period 😔
