Early pregnancy signs?

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone could shed some light for me. Im about the 5 dpo and have had super sore nipples for the 2nd day running now. This isn't something that ever happens to me in my cycle so its really odd and bloody uncomfortable!

Second thing is today ive had this awful metallic taste in my mouth which seems to stick around no matter how long I brush my teeth for

Also my cervix is super high and clamped shut.

Anyone experience these things before and get a BFP?
