Does anyone here have POF? (Premature ovarian failure)

Question

Any other ladies diagnosed with POF and TTC with their own eggs? Or has anyone fallen pregnant after being diagnosed?

Hi, I was diagnosed as having POF and told I had virtually no chance of conceiving naturally. My FSH was too high to do IVF so donor was the only option we were given. However, just three months after receiving the diagnosis, I got pregnant! While I miscarried at 6 wks, it gave us hope because we were told the odds were next to none. Then lo and behold, I got pregnant again just two cycles later. While that ended in miscarriage at 7 wks, by then we felt like the POF diagnose wasn't telling the whole story. Finally, after taking a six month break from trying, we got pregnant again and I'm now 32 wks!

If you were diagnosed with POF, I hope this offers some hope. I know each case is different, but obviously the statistics don't sum things up for everyone!
