Planning to get pregnant but not right now

So my husband and I are going to be going on a cruise at the end of January 2016. This will be our late honeymoon. I am currently on birth control but we want to have a baby as soon as we can beachside we both have severe baby fever. We would like to start trying when we are on our honey moon. I have heard that it is best to stop taking birth control three month before you plan on trying to conceive. The only problem is, is I don't want to be pregnant for our cruise so I don't feel miserable with morning sickness and so I can look good on my swim suit for our honeymoon pictures. Should I stop taking my birth control at the end of this month or should I continue taking it until the honeymoon begins and try to conceive in March? What would you do?
