Uneasy About Announcing
Does anyone else feel uneasy about announcing your pregnancy? At 13 wks, I am glad that my parents and sister know but I have been putting off announcing to in-laws, friends, and extended family.
I am generally not comfortable with big changes so it has taken me a while to adjust to the idea of pregnancy and a baby. I suppose I am still trying to accept that this is happening. We also have a lot of change going on in our lives right now so we have not had time to discuss much in relation to the baby.
I expect some of our friends and family are going to be very enthusiastic and have lots of questions. I will feel bad if I'm not on their same level of enthusiasm. I thought by now I would feel ready and excited to share. I feel like I'm spoiling this time for my husband. Can anyone else relate?
