I recently went to the hospital for bleeding and passing blood clots. I am currently 12wks 2 days pregnant. They ran all the usual tests and did a sonogram. The diagnosis they came back with was a subchorionic hematoma. Basically - a bleed in my uterus. I was told there is a pool of blood in the uterus with the baby but as long as the cause of the bleed doesn't get closer to the baby it shouldn't be of any concern. Unfortunately, as a pregnant mother I am very concerned and was wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this?? Any and all input is greatly appreciated!! Thank you!
