Will it ever happen to me?!

I took a test a couple days ago and had a vvvvvvf line. I was soooo excited to wait and test again. My husband has thyroid issues so his doc said it would be a lot harder for us to conceive. So seeing that faint line gave me hope! That was until AF came today. Full force. I just wanna stop tracking and charting. It's taking too much out of me that I plan and get nothing.
