Need advice please

I am currently on day 55 of my cycle. I have had no menstrual period since August 21st. I have taken several HPTS with a negative result, I have also had a blood test done with a negative result. The past three weeks I have had painful abdominal pain along with right pelvic pain. I have a doctors appointment on the 27th but my fiance is urging me to go to the Urgent Care to get checked out. I am trying to wait till the 27th but the pain is constant and getting worse. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on and should I wait or go ahead and get checked? Thank you for any advice.
